    Haha, @muth , I don't know how old is it, I guess it is around few months. Lol. I saw few preserved eggs are made by buring underground, most I saw are buried in a crockery with soil, kalk, alkali and salt in it. Haha. It's popular in China~~

    Very nice, seems very tasty. Your chicken seems bigger than most I saw in China, Is it a turky?

    It probably looks bigger than it is, a typical plate here is about 11" or about 28cm. So you can compare it to the plate under it.

    A turkey would probably fill that rack up most of the way.
